The terms of using Opportunity

Opportunity is a product of Moonshot Technologies. Using it means you agree to what is on this page.

What Opportunity does

• It reads public posts and listings that offer paid work, picks the ones that fit what you told us, and writes an angle for your reply.
• You send every reply yourself, in your own name, on the site where the post is. We never send anything for you.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• One account is for one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
• Tell us the truth about your work. Your angle is written from it.

The plan, and paying

• The trial is $1 for three days. After it, the plan is $99 a month until you cancel.
• Dodo Payments takes the payment and is the seller on your receipt. It may add tax where you live.
• If the price changes, we tell you by email before your next payment.

Cancelling

• Cancel at any time in Settings, or write to hello@opportunity.sh and we cancel it for you.
• Your plan stays on until the end of the time you have paid for. It is not renewed.

Refunds

• There are no refunds. The $1 trial is there so that you can try Opportunity before the $99 begins.
• Cancel before a payment is due and you are not charged again.
• Where the law gives you a right to a refund, you keep it.

What we do not promise

• That an opportunity leads to paid work. The posts are written by other people, on other sites, and we do not control them.
• That a post is still open, or is what it says. We open each one again before it reaches you and say when. Check it yourself before you rely on it.
• That the service is never down.

What is yours, and what is ours

• Your answers, your CV and your words stay yours. You let us use them to find work for you and to write your angle.
• The angles we write for you are yours to use.
• The product is ours: its design, its code and its name.

What you may not do

• Share or resell your account, or what it shows you.
• Copy opportunities out in bulk, by hand or with a program.
• Use it to send spam, or to mislead the people whose posts it shows you.
• Try to break it, or to get into someone else's account.

Ending

• You can delete your account at any time, in Settings.
• We may close an account that breaks these terms.

If something goes wrong

• Opportunity is provided as it is.
• As far as the law allows, the most we owe you for any claim is what you paid us in the twelve months before it.
• Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you and does not let you sign away.

The law

These terms are under the laws of India.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email before the change applies. The date below says when they last changed.
